This starts the ball rolling and notifies SLBT of your arrival and needs - and also notifies your fleet manager. The faster estimates & approvals are generated, the sooner you are back on the road.
Bring vehicle in to the recommended SLBT location.
SLBT will recommend the best location based on your service needs, location, and vehicle type, You can be sure where you bring your vehicle has the parts, technicians, and capabilities to serve your needs.
SLBT performs an inspection and creates estimate.
Full inspection is performed to understand the complete scope of work needed to get your vehicle into working order. We don't want to overlook other problems that may have happened.
SLBT sends estimate to your fleets manager for approval.
SLBT sends the estimate with negotiated pricing to fleet manager for approval. With our online system, the fleet manager already knows of your arrival to help expedite the process.
