Our Road Hazard Warranty

  • Applies to all Passenger, SUV & Light Trucks.
  • St Lucie Battery & Tire will replace for free, the first 13 months of tread wear.
  • After 13 months, tread wear will be prorated for the life of the tire.
  • This warranty excludes “off road” and trailer applications. Warranty does not cover vandalism, mechanical wear, or willful abuse.
  • Proof of Purchase is required.

Battery Replacement Warranty

  • Automotive Batteries: Applies to Passenger, SUV & Light Trucks.
  • St Lucie Battery & Tire will replace any defective battery sold by us for free, the first 13 months.
  • After 13 months, batteries will be prorated based on the battery part number found in our system.
  • Commercial Batteries: Applies to All Agricultural Applications, Commercial, Marine & Golf Cart batteries. Free 6 month replacement warranty to all defective batteries sold by us, followed by a 24 month proration based on battery part number in our system.
  • Proof of Purchase required.
